Why do you want to Adopt a Rescued Dog?

Donation Information

The adoption donation is $_________ per dog. This donation covers the cost of medical care, transportation, shots, and to help defer the special costs associated with caring for our special needs dogs. All dogs are given min first shots and de-wormer prior to adoption.
